Volcanoes hiking

Volcano hiking in Rwanda is a popular adventure activity in Volcanoes National Park. The park is home to five volcanoes, and several hikes are available to various summits, offering scenic views and wildlife encounters. Most hiked volcanoes include:

• Mount Karisimbi, he highest peak in the Virunga range, requiring a 2-day hike and considered one of the most rewarding experiences.
• Mount Bisoke, most known for its crater lake and the opportunity to potentially encounter golden monkeys, it’s a 6-hour round trip.
